MEET YOUR TRAINER

PAUL MURRAY

Paul Murray started his coaching journey in his dad's karate club.  Despite his youth, he became the "go-to" person when anyone of any age needed a bit of extra help.  Although he did pretty well in karate competitions himself, he discovered he was even more passionate about guiding other people to success.

As an adult, Paul became a regular gym-goer.  Being naturally friendly, he soon got to know the personal trainers there.  Paul also made a point of welcoming new gym-goers, especially if they looked a bit unsure of themselves.  Just like in his dad's gym, he became the "go-to" person for people who needed a bit of extra support.

Eventually, Paul's friends suggested he ought to turn his hobby into his day job.  He decided that if he was going to "go pro", he needed to take it seriously and get some qualifications.  With that done, Paul officially accepted his first clients as a trained personal trainer.  That was almost 20 years ago.  His life has changed a lot since then, but his passion for the job is still as fresh as ever.

All that's changed is his level of experience.  Paul has worked with all types of clients in all sorts of situations.  However, his main speciality is helping parents, especially dads, keep fit as they head towards their forties and beyond.  Paul knows it isn't easy, but he's already supported hundreds of people to make it happen.  Now he's available to help you.

I WANT TO HELP TO EMPOWER PEOPLE TO MAKE GOOD DECISIONS FOR THEM AND THEIR FAMILIES..

ABOUT MURRAY’S STUDIO

Paul's a pragmatist.  As a dad himself, he knows exactly what it's like to deal with the pressures of parenting, especially lack of time (and lack of sleep). The Murray's Studio team will work with you to set realistic goals for exercise, nutrition and your lifestyle in general.  They understand that you're going to have rough patches sometimes.  What matters is your overall progress.

Specific nutritional programs can be a reasonable choice before you have a family.  Once you have kids, however, many of them just become too complicated.  You probably don't have time, energy or inclination to track your macros in detail. That's even before you get to the question of whether your kids will (or can) eat the same foods as you.

Working with the Murray's Studio team will keep it real for you.  That means workout and nutrition goals which work in the real world for real people, especially parents.  It means achieving goals that genuinely matter.  Maybe you'd like to slim down into clothes that used to fit. Perhaps you'd like to have more energy for the kids and for life in general.  Maybe you'd like to stay healthier for longer.
