Kettlercise® is a program that gets you results fast, increase's lean toned muscle, we cover 37 popular kettlebell exercises, it’s safe and easy-to-follow. The exercises vary with each class release with the main exercises being the all popular kettlebells swings, snatches, cleans, and windmills. We also cover the more conventional exercises such as lunges, squats, high pulls, tricep overhead extension, bicep curls etc. Each class is usually structured with a 4-minute general warm-up, 4-minute kettlebell specific warm up, 40-minute workout (aprox), and a 5-minute cooldown.

Kettlercise® is backed by the legendary B.S.M. System (Blood Shunting Method) which is also known as Peripheral Heart Action Training or 'PHA' for short. The system is designed to alternate upper body and lower body exercises. 1) Cardio
Never has it been so easy to just grab a single tool and get a cardio workout, there is no need to be running on a boring treadmill for 45 minutes to get your cardio in. The kettlebell is also low impact on the body compared to running, which is great on the joints. Of course, the effectiveness and safety of any program rely on the coaching, with Kettlercise you can be assured that the trainers are experienced and know how to progress you safely.


2) Core
​The great thing about working with a kettlebell is that you’re working your core while you might not even know it. Due to the compound exercises involved, you are challenging the core while using the kettlebell.  Also the kettlebell is a free weight, and one that moves away or even around the body, it will test your stability which in turn will work your core muscles, through  anti-rotational forces of the kettlebell. As the bell swings in-front of you the weight is pulling you forward and your muscles will have to adjust for that pull. Even exercises that don’t look like they would be working the core, can work the core more than anything else, with an overhead shoulder press being a good example of that. When you press overhead your instructor will guide you as to why you should brace your abs, squeeze your glutes, pack your shoulder etc.... All this work is a tick on the list of ‘good for the core’.


3) Functional
The kettlebell has plenty of functional movements to offer that will carry through in your daily life or sport. To give an example, the kettlebell squat deadlift—or any style of deadlift for that matter—is one that will keep you safe when picking up heavy objects from the ground, it will make picking up heavy grocery bags a piece of cake. The kettlebell overhead shoulder press will help you stay injury free and make things go smooth when lifting things above your head in the house on high shelves, and the list goes on. Snatches carry over to plenty of explosive sports movements and in daily life it would translate to pulling something quickly from a low to a higher position (overhead).


4) Entertaining
​Although you come for the physical benefits of Kettlercise the mind needs something too. If a class is boring you won’t be coming back, this is why the classes are designed to also entertain the mind. Some of the kettlebell exercises will require some thinking and coordination, this adds to the fun of the class and keeps them fresh. Don’t worry, a Kettlercise instructor will never throw you in the deep end. They will have regressions   in place to help you understand and perfectly execute all the movements in no time.

​5) Compound
The majority of kettlebell exercises consists of compound movements which means you’ll be performing exercises that recruit more than one muscle group at the same time, which in turn means that you’ll be burning more calories quicker. The more calories you burn the sooner ( coupled with nutrition) you’ll be parading around with a six-pack or toned legs, back, chest, shoulders, and arms. Who doesn’t want that!?

6) Strength
